From lot and site work to keys, built to your plans.
Move-in-ready homes we design and build ourselves.
We also build additions: primary suites, garages, and second stories.

About Richards
Richards Building Co. builds remodels, custom homes, and spec homes across Salt Lake and Utah County. We keep our work focused so every project gets the owner's full attention, from the first walkthrough to the final punch list.
You get one point of contact, a written line-item bid you can actually read, weekly updates while we build, and a clean jobsite you'd be proud to have your neighbors walk past.
Max started Richards Building Co. to be the contractor people wish they'd hired the first time: easy to reach, organized, and straight with you about cost.
His background is in excavation and site work, so foundations, grading, and retaining walls are handled by someone who knows what's under the house. Every project runs through him personally.
